In accordance with the mission of Springfield College, the Career Center's mission is to EDUCATE, INSPIRE, & EMPOWER students and alumi to effectively make well-informed career decisions. We promote an atmosphere where students are actively engaged in meaningful career exploration that leads to employment and post-graduation opportunities and enhance lifelong learning.     IMDiversity.com, the One-Stop Career and Self-Development Site Devoted to Serving the Cultural and Career-Related Needs of Underrepresented Minorities.

    The Morris K. Udall and Stewart L. Udall Foundation is a federal agency providing programs to promote leadership, education, collaboration, and conflict resolution. Congressional Internships are available for Native American Students.

    SACNAS is a society of scientists dedicated to fostering the success of Chicano/Hispanic and Native American scientists—from college students to professionals—to attain advanced degrees, careers, and positions of leadership in science.

    Out and Equal is dedicated to workplace equity and inclusion and provides toolkits and guides, events, resources, and programs to support those who identify as LGBTQIA+ or who are dedicated to inclusivity.

    The Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index is updated every year and can be utilized as a “benchmarking tool on corporate policies, practices and benefits pertinent” to the LGBTQIA+ community. The Human Rights Campaign also provides multiple resources available for more information on inclusivity.
