Work Order Request System
The Facilities Management Department utilizes an online work order processing and tracking system for all maintenance requests. Members of the community have access to submit work orders 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Work order service requests are processed Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

To request a key, please download and complete the Key Request Form, then upload it with your work order.
Facilities Management Emergencies
For Facilities emergencies, such as burst pipes, significant power outages, etc, or with any questions, please contact Facilities Management at 413-748-3252 (x3252) during our normal business hours, Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 4:00pm.
For after normal business hours, on weekends, holidays, and during college closures, please contact Campus Police at 413-748-5555 (x5555).

Technology Services
For All technology services, (i.e. issues with your Computer, Phone, and/or Internet) please visit TechHelp for IT Support.
Laundry Services
Please report all vending machine issues to our vendor Gilly National Inc., (Servomation Refreshments Inc.) by clicking Automatic Laundry Services
You can also scan the QR Code listed on the machine with your smartphone to access their site. Make sure you take note of the Machine Number on the vending machine, you will need this to process your request for a refund, or service. Be sure to fill out all areas requested on the form.
