Welcome

The Office of Marketing, the central communications organization of Springfield College, promotes and safeguards the image and reputation of the institution and all of its schools, departments, programs, and centers. We are responsible for the development and maintenance of the College’s brand messaging, Web identity, social media management, graphic standards, photography/videography, and enrollment marketing. We actively build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners both internally across the institution and externally to develop communication and marketing strategies in support of the College’s mission and strategic initiatives.

    If you are a new faculty or staff member or are a current member and want to make updates to your profile, please fill out the faculty and staff directory form.

  • Email Signatures

    Consistency is important to the success of our overall brand recognition. All departments and units should use this signature template when communicating via email. Sans Serif is used in Gmail (Arial may be used in other mail servers) for consistency across all email clients, browsers, and devices.

  1. Request a Step & Repeat for your Next Event

    If you would like to request a step and repeat backdrop for an upcoming event, please reach out to the Marketing team at least two weeks in advance. (FOR INDOOR USE ONLY)

    A member of the Marketing team will take care of setting it up before the event and will also handle the takedown afterward.

    Include the event details such as the event name, event location, physical location to put the backdrop, event time, and event duration for which you will need the sign
