MORE INFORMATION ABOUT PICK-UP LOCATIONS
We have expanded the locker services here at Springfield College. You can now quickly and easily retrieve your mail and packages at our new Student Locker Center located in the basement level of Locklin Hall.
To start, you will need to download and register the ParcelPoint Mobile App. To do this you can scan the QR Code found on the our lockers or on posters found around the campus. Or you can click here to get started online. You will receive an invitation email with a link to download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Open ParcelPoint Mobile App. Complete with your Springfield College email address and the Springfield College Authorization Code: COMM_sa90ef96
You will be notified via email from Springfield College Post Office when you have mail or packages to be picked up. That email will contain a QR code that you will scan at the Kiosk located in our new Student Locker Center. Follow the instructions on the Kiosk to retrieve your package.
NOTE - If you ordered a package to be delivered to the college, you might get an email from the company stating that your package has been delivered. Please wait until you receive an email from the college stating that it is in a locker and ready to be picked up.

NOTE - Please use the student’s name that is registered with Springfield College.
PAYING FOR POST OFFICE SERVICES
Post office services can be paid for via cash, check, or Pride Dollars only. Pride Dollars are different than the Bookstore or Dining Dollars so please be aware of the difference when loading money into it.
NOTE - When returning a package back to a manufacturer, it must have a bar code on it. The post office staff cannot accept QR codes for returning packages.
FOOD & GROCERY DELIVERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT THE POST OFFICE
The Springfield College Post Office will not accept grocery deliveries from Walmart, Target, Peapod, DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.
The post office will not be responsible for any items left here by delivery people that are not accepted or signed for by post office staff.
SPRINGFIELD COLLEGE DEPARTMENT MAIL
Each Springfield College Department will be responsible for picking up and dropping off their mail. Postal service employees will deliver boxes and other large items daily between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. This allows all vendor deliveries to be received and logged in.
