First Year Student Parking Policy

First-year students have limited access to on-campus parking, which is available only under specific circumstances, such as medical needs or verified employment. Additional situations may be approved at the discretion of the Chief of Police or their designee.

Required Documentation:

  • For employment-related requests, you must provide a professional letter from your employer and, if requested, paystubs for verification.
  • Documentation may be subject to verification throughout the school year.

Important Guidelines:

  • Changes in employment status must be reported immediately. Failure to do so will result in the revocation of your parking permit and privileges until the following school year.
  • Accumulation of excessive fines will also lead to immediate revocation of parking privileges.
  • Please note that submitting required documentation does not guarantee approval for on-campus parking.
  • All requests are carefully reviewed to ensure fair and consistent enforcement of parking policies.
