Experience Overview

Ellucian Experience is the new landing page for employees to access Employee Self-Service and other helpful Banner-related tools.

Employee Self-Service is not going away. Experience simply provides a new, more mobile-friendly starting point for accessing those tools.

You can navigate Ellucian Experience by selecting a category tab or by selecting View All Cards to see all available cards:

You can customize your homepage by adding or removing cards. Select the bookmark icon again to remove a card from your homepage (note: some are locked, indicated by the lock icon, and cannot be removed):

Under the Employment tab, you can access employee-related tools and information, including Gmail, Google Drive, pay stubs, leave balances, and time entry. Hourly employees can also punch in and out directly using the Timecard card:

To access the Employee Self-Service tools you are used to, including leave, hours, direct deposit information, tax forms, and other employee services, select the link on the Employee Dashboard card:

More cards and features will be added over time. We look forward to continuing to expand what is available in Ellucian Experience.
