How to Access Your Springfield College Zoom Account

All Springfield College students and employees receive a Zoom account linked to their College username and password. Use the steps below to sign in through the website or the Zoom application.

Sign in through a web browser

  1. Open a web browser.Go to: https://springfield.zoom.us
  2. Select Sign In.
  3. Enter your Springfield College username and password at the login page.
  4. You will now be signed in to your Zoom account through the web interface.

Sign in using the Zoom app (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android)

The sign-in screen may look slightly different depending on your device. The steps are the same across platforms.

  1. Open the Zoom app.Select Sign In.
  2. Select Sign In.
  3. Choose Sign in with SSO (or SSO).
  4. When asked for a company domain, enter: springfield
  5. Select Continue.
  6. Enter your Springfield College username and password on the login page.
  7. You will be signed in and returned to the Zoom app.

Important Notes

  • If you are using a College-issued device, you may only see the SSO sign-in option. This is correct.
  • If you are currently signed in with a personal Zoom account, sign out before following the steps above.
