    For classroom technology issues during class, please reach out to our Media Services team at (413) 748-3113. The office is staffed Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM.

    When contacting the IT Technology Services Center (Help Desk), please include the following information:

    • Full Name
    • Best Phone Number to reach you
    • Detailed Reason for Contacting: Include all relevant details

    For Emails also include:

    • Subject Line: Provide a brief summary of the issue
    • Attachments: Include photos or screenshots of the problem to help us respond faster

    Walk-Up and Telephone Support Hours:

    • Monday-Thursday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
    • Friday: 8:00 am to noon
    • Saturday-Sunday: Closed

    Note: Device drop-offs, pick-ups, and ID cards are by appointment only.
